SMS Programme Opt-In

This page is how end users opt in to the Presterly SMS Programme (“Programme”), operated by HATCHED105 LEADERSHIP LIMITED, trading as Presterly. There are two ways to opt in: subscribe on this page, or text a keyword to the Programme number. Consent is given directly to Presterly, the box below is unticked by default, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

1. Subscribe on this page

Enter your mobile number and tick the consent box. Ticking it is the affirmative opt-in; you can decline simply by leaving it unticked.

2. Subscribe by text message

Text START (or JOIN, or SUBSCRIBE) to +1 430 203 1105. You will immediately receive this confirmation reply:

“Presterly: You're opted in to reorder reminders & offers. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”

4. What subscribers receive

Recurring reorder reminders for consumables you have bought through a Presterly-powered store and occasional exclusive offers. These are marketing messages, and your consent on this page covers marketing messages only; it is collected separately from any non-marketing consent. Every message identifies Presterly as the sender and carries opt-out instructions. Example:

“Presterly: Hi Sam, you’re about to run low on your usual order. Reorder in one tap: https://presterly.com/r/AB12CD Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt-out and help

Reply STOPto any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation (“You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”), then nothing further. Reply HELP to any message, or contact fergus@presterly.com, for assistance.

6. Privacy

Mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
